We Are Hiring!
Autism & ADHD Assessor (Freelance / Contractor) - Remote.
*Competitive hourly rates*
Spectrum Sisters is a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, MDT autism and ADHD assessment service created by and for women and girls. We specialise in identifying the unique presentation of autism in females — especially those who have masked, been misdiagnosed, or left undiagnosed for much of their lives.
We are a multi-disciplinary, multi-practitioner team of passionate, highly skilled professionals — including social workers, psychologists, nurses, speech and language therapists, and occupational therapists — all of whom are women with clinical expertise and/or lived experience of autism.
We are committed to providing safe, validating, trauma-informed assessments rooted in both clinical excellence and lived experience. Our mission is not just to diagnose — but to empower.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking experienced, passionate professionals to join our growing network of freelance assessors. You’ll be working with women and girls who are seeking clarity, understanding, and support. You must share our values, understand the unique ways Autism and ADHD can present in females, and approach your work with empathy, integrity, and depth.
You will be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that performs Autism and ADHD assessments — contributing your unique perspective, skills, and clinical judgement.
We welcome applications from female professionals with lived experience of Autism and/or ADHD and especially value voices that have historically been underrepresented in clinical spaces.
